Mine is wiggle pencils back and forth between fingers while thinking. In two sepaprate exams the pencil eventually flew across the room hitting an invigilator and a student. Oooops

The tongue chewing thing reminded me of an ex who used to do just that during moments of intense concentration. There's nothing to ruin the mood like looking up and seeing someone biting their tongue with their front teeth.

Just thought I'd share :D

I am a student at Askam Bryan college on a countryside management degree and live closeby to the Primrose Valley, I will soon be putting together a case study on the valley and suggesting ways to improve its biodiversity.
I wonder if you would be kind enough to answer a few questions about the valley as you clearly seem to have good knowledge and experience of the area.
Please email me on williamgrinder@live.co.uk if you would be kind enough to speak to me about this. Many thanks, William Grinder

Oh, and I'm aware of the irony of writing one thousand words, about not being able to write :P I put that down to the power of the spider story

Maybe I should print it out, and stick it everywhere I'm likely to write? Well once it's in poetic form.

Hi,
Another great software which I find quite handy is Skype-companions like fring and nimbuzz. I use those to connect to Skype and make phone calls just anywhere with low rates.

Funnily enough, my favorite dictionary is the Collins English Dictionary (unabridged) which I have had a print copy of for 20 years. Recently I purchased the electronic version as a Mobipocket eBook, so now I always have it with me on my Nokia E51:

Great article. I'm looking to incorporate more on-the-go technology to "real" writing (as opposed to (micro)blogging, mail, and IM.

My biggest tool is Evernote, for which I mostly collect thoughts, recipes, lists, articles in process, and wine tasting notes. Works great on my multiple computers, but the mobile web interface isn't good for much more than reviewing an entry.

I have a suggestion for you, if you're using Quickoffice on the E71: Nokia's Files on Ovi. I believe it is still free for computers connected to the network and only costs $ for "anytime" files. In any case, that might be a great compliment to your E71 + QuickOffice.
